The office is manned everyday. Email is our preferred method of communication and we answer them in order of arrival. The phone is not manned as we are responding to emails.
Vouchers issued by us have an expiry date printed on them and we ask that you contact us by the expiry to book for a date up to 3 months after. Once a voucher has expired we may honour it but additional costs will have been incurred.
If you book a date with us and it is deferred due to weather, operational issues or a request by you, the booking is valid for six months (from the date of the first booking) and we ask that you book another date within that time.
Any bookings over six months old are no longer valid unless you got in touch or booked dates during the six months.
We extended expiry dates during the pandemic and if you have not been in contact with us your booking or voucher has now expired.
